Features

Everything your logbook should do.

Made for EASA and FAA pilots, from students to airline crews. Here is the full feature list.

01

Logging

Fast and complete entries, with every column regulators ask for.

  • Five categories + simulator

Aeroplane, glider, helicopter, gyroplane and ultralight, plus a separate FSTD module with its own PDF.

  • Every EASA time column

SE/ME/MP filled from the aircraft class, plus night, IFR, PIC, PICUS, SPIC, co-pilot, dual, instructor, examiner and cruise relief time.

  • Glider specifics

Launch method (aerotow, winch, self-launch, bungee, autotow), cross-country and solo flags.

  • Speed tools

A guided step-by-step entry, “Save & next”, copy and return flights, and bulk edit and delete.

  • Local time next to UTC

The time zone is worked out from each airport’s coordinates.

  • Custom fields

Add the columns your operator or club needs.

02

Currency & compliance

A rules engine that tells you whether you are legal to fly, before you’re at the aircraft.

  • EASA recency

FCL.060(b)(1) take-offs and landings per class, type or helicopter type. FCL.060(b)(2) night recency, and SFCL.160 for sailplanes.

  • Revalidation

FCL.740.A SEP/TMG revalidation by experience, the FCL.625 IR window, the FCL.815 mountain rating and FCL.940.FI instructor hours.

  • Medical validity

MED.A.045 validity by class and age, with expiry emails before the deadline.

  • FAA currency

14 CFR 61.57(a)/(b) day and night passenger currency and the 61.56 flight review. Choose EASA, FAA or both.

  • Custom rules

Define any “N events in X days” rule for your operator or club.

  • Licence progress

Track your hours toward LAPL(A), PPL(A), night rating, CPL(A), IR(A), ATPL(A) and PPL(H), or the FAA PPL, IR and CPL.

03

Reports & PDFs

Printouts you can hand to an examiner without apologising.

  • Three logbook layouts

Standard, EASA AMC1 FCL.050 and FAA/Jeppesen style, with totals for this page, the previous pages and overall.

  • Verifiable printouts

Each page carries a SHA-256 hash chain and the document a fingerprint, which anyone can verify online.

  • Your choice of columns

Show your name, licence number and signature, and choose which columns to print.

  • More reports

Simulator, licences, duty time (landscape) and invoices.

  • Statistics & map

More than nine statistics tabs and a route map with filters.

  • Cost reports

Rates per aircraft plus landing and approach fees, by year, month, aircraft and purpose.

04

Weather, night & duty

The context around your flight time, filled in automatically.

  • Historical METAR/TAF

The nearest METAR at block-off and block-on, plus the TAFs that were in force. Sources: NOAA AWC and the Iowa Environmental Mesonet archive.

  • Night calculation

An estimate based on civil twilight (sun 6° below the horizon) along the great-circle route.

  • Duty & FTL

    Default limits from EASA ORO.FTL: 13 h duty a day, 60/110/190 h duty in 7/14/28 days, and 100/900/1000 h flight time.

  • Instructor–student links

Students invite their instructor, who gets a read-only view of their logbook.

  • Remote signatures

Request a signature, and your instructor signs with a stored or drawn signature. Signed entries are locked.

  • Endorsements

EASA and FAA AC 61-65H templates, printed in the EASA PDF.

  • Personal signature

Upload or draw your signature, and it is printed in the PDF footer.

Your history, in and out, without lock-in.

  • Competitor importers

ForeFlight, LogTen, MyFlightbook, mccPILOTLOG/CrewLounge, Safelog, Garmin Pilot and a generic column mapper.

  • Tracks & rosters

GPX, KML and IGC tracks become flight drafts, and you can import iCalendar (.ics) rosters.

  • Full export

A ZIP with CSV per category, JSON, simulator data, aircraft, airports, licences, duties, endorsements and your documents. It is available even after your subscription ends.

  • Read-only sharing
